I was already acquainted with lucid dreaming a couple of years back, which was obviously accidentally induced and I didn't know if the phenomenon even existed or was it supposed to be just accidental. Apparently, this book surprisingly is a good read and as much of a self help as you could get out there. I took me roughly a month, if I may use the word, to master it. Of course, it is a discipline and you have to choose the technique which best suites you out of several provided in it.

This book is for people who wish to learn the art of lucid dreaming, I am into this subject and this book is kinda known as the Bible for lucid dreaming.
If you want to understand the concept of lucid dreaming ( proven by scientific facts) and want to try it go for it and kindly follow all the info in the book to master lucid dream, although you won't lucid dream from the start like magic, but if followed the instructions properly and enough practice you can do wonders.
