Q:Will it be suitable for 2 burner ovens? Or should I buy the 60cm variant?
A:The size of actual hole is 40cm. Rest is metal and glass. When you turn on, the suction will cause air to move towards the hole anyways. Functionality wise there's no difference.

A:Yes it has two lights fitted in it. It spreads adequate light to watch your cooking. I don't know what do you mean by proper visibility You still need usual light turned on to do other cooking stuff.
