Description
A virus cure that turns out to be full of wind? A telescope that shows people for what they are? A girl with the face of an onion? A tree that’s a hotel? Fables from Beyond, a book of modern parables with 21st century morals embedded in them, adopts a light and racy style to deliver a punch without being preachy. How not to be intolerant and judgemental; how to exist in a multi-cultural milieu; why laughter is essential to life; why we shouldn’t turn religion into a weapon of mass destruction; why we need to respect the opinions of others; why it’s essential to protect the environment. But who wants to swallow a bitter pill? Here it is not only sugar-coated but also dipped in honey! So enjoy while being edified.
