so this particular eyeliner is very black in color, it has opaque pigmentation and above all it has an amazing staying power. It will not smudge or budge it is water resistant for sure it does not melt as it comes in contact with water. It has a very fine thinnest tip which is both a con and pro keeping in mind who has better control can use it. I personally like this on it's a must buy go for it without a second thought. 👍

Honestly i will say...this is waterproof ,smudgeproof,shiny black,good .i think a lot before buying this & finally bought & i am not so happy,for me its a waste of money bcz..it not gives you matte finish...it's more go with shiny side which i did'nt like..if you are not crazy for matte look you can go for it..otherwise you should buy a gel eyeliner
