I love Fae Beauty, but with the face mop, I did not receive the 'Key' and packaging is not good because the product is very slippery so it slips out of the tube. As a product, it's amazing. Gets the job done, removes makeup and dirt and gently exfoliates as well but Korean cleansing balms are almost the same price for the quantity but have a better performance (probably because they are more experienced) so yeah. But otherwise I'm glad we have this product in India😃
