Please dont buy this. my health is damaged severely from this. now am suffering wid acid reflux doctor said from this am in this condition now i have to completely avoid spices and oils in my food upto 6 months and have to take very small portions of food doctor said this supplement will cause ulcers please consult ur doctor before taking this supplement
