Unbelievably frank. Makes you love Usain even more.
The book is written in caribbean accent which is brilliant. Not quite sure how he did it but it is. The confidence the man has in himself is amazing. His duels with Tyson Gay and Yohan Blake are one's to look forward to. Read to know how the fastest man with the coolest mind in the world works.
