Accurate measurement even after weighing the same baggage for 10 times continuously. The build is firm. Its a cell type battery. There is a hook attached and its not the velcro type belt. Very light weight. The only downside is that once you weigh a box you can't stabilize the reading. It keeps running up and down as the box shakes/moves, unlike a human body weighing scale.
Note: updated after using, you need to single press to turn on the unit and then wait for 2 secs until the "0.00" blinks...

I was fairly surprised to see the quality of product, Good high grade plastic, good strong hook and good features like weigh mode (Kg, G, Oz, lbs), it even have TARE mode to add/sub weight.
