The chair is really good and sturdy too. Installation was easy with the provided tool. Only thing was the packaging. It was very bad. Parts could be seen from outside of the box. But the chair is really comfortable.
Only thing is there is no tilt lock. It could be given in this price range..

I am 6 ft and when fully raised up, only my toes are touching the ground and not my heel, like why do you need the chair to go that high!!

Got the delivery in 2 days. DIY is damn easy. Chair got assembled in 5-10min. Really loved it. Side arm rest has up-down push button which is an advantage. Overall satisfied with chair. Kudos to Featherlite and Flipkart.

The build quality is good but there are two reason on why I am giving it three star only

1. It have no swing movement, the hinges are locked as per design
2. Tried to contact delhi customer care , they picked and then dropped the call without any comment.
3. Above reason raise doubt that in case of product support, I will not get any help from the company

It is very good.

It is very nice and comfortable. For heavy personality will not be suitable.

After using for 3 years, Here are the opinions -

1. The wrist support material is bad. It is falling like thermocol whenever you are touching it with little pressure.
2. This chair doesn't have back support. Your back is free on its own.
There is no engineering which will care of your back. After using it like stupid for these many years, I have got the problem of Sciatica, continuous back ache problem now. Every chair in this range have back support mechanism now a days.
