GOOD ONE TO TRY

MUST READ for deliberate self improvement

Susan Jeffers addresses with specificity the singular issue of fear as a tool for handling life with great simplicity and empathy for the reader.

I enjoyed reading this book thoroughly. It has bought a place in the hall of fame for me ... I am sure that I will go back to this book again later in life to look at it from a perspective of added experience which will help to enrich the learnings taken away till now.
