Mind-blowing purchase
Very good content and Flipkart delivered quick at better rate than Amazon. Dr Burns is an MD and the book appeared quite a comprehensive thick book but once you have read the initial few chapters you start finding it so useful since the application and examples are elaborated very candidly. A must read for every curious soul.

THIS BOOK CHANGED MY LIFE
If you let it, this book teaches you how to live happily, and not just live without depression. It made a great difference in my life. I feel everyone should have access to a life without cognitive distortions and filled with a constructive, fulfilling, happy and eager outlook to life. If this book can do that, well, why not?

Not the best print quality, but a great buy
