Extremely Powerful
I can't believe how great Fenix lights are for the quality and the light output.
I own 4 Fenix lights, this being the newest, and they do not disappoint. This Fenix PD35 has 5 brightness levels and a strobe setting. Levels 4 and 5 are so bright and really throw the light a long, long distance. I usually run my light on level 2, sometimes using level 1 or 3 when the situation requires it.
As a self defense tool, the strobe setting would be a great way to stun.
