Extended Warranty provides additional warranty coverage for your Laptop. Post the expiration of your brand warranty, the extended warranty protects your device.

WHAT IS COVERED?

  • Comprehensive coverage: Everything covered under manufacturer's warranty. Covers malfunctions and breakdowns including all electrical and mechanical parts.
  • Repair or Refund Guarantee: If we cannot repair your products within 21 days, we will refund your cost of policy.
  • Hassle Free Service: Free service at your home. We will pick up the device from your home, repair it and drop it back.
  • Genuine spare parts: Only genuine spare parts are used for repair at Jeeves authorized service centers.
  • Cashless Transaction: All costs of labor, parts used and at-home service, cost of transportation to/from repair centre will be borne by us.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

  • Any defect caused due to Accidental damage or Liquid damage
  • Any defect which is outside purview of the Manufacturer's warranty
  • Defects caused due to improper usage, or usage beyond recommended by manufacturer
  • Attachments and accessories that are not standard to the product
  • Any modifications or services by unauthorized parties
  • Normal maintenance, wear and tear, cleaning, lubrication or routine service

HOW IT WORKS?

  1. Intimate Jeeves about the defect and the corresponding issue at 1800 4252 5252 or 080-25187300 within 7 days of its occurrence
  2. At this stage, you need to submit Product invoice copy, EW certificate/Invoice and Government ID proof over email to extendedwarranty@jeeves.co.in
  3. Jeeves will verify if the issue is covered under the policy along with documents provided.
  4. Post document and coverage verification, Jeeves will help you to solve the issue over the call or arrange a tech visit by a trained engineer. Please follow suggested steps from the Customer Service agent and/or engineer.
  5. If the issue is not resolved, the claim will move to the next stage
  6. Jeeves will arrange to take the covered product to a repair centre & conduct repair/replacement. Please keep the device packed as per the instructions shared by Jeeves
  7. In case of replacement, customer will be provided choice of replacement or return without repair
  8. In case of claim amount exceeding remaining sum assured, customer will be provided the choice of doing part payment to continue repair/replacement or opting for return without repair.
