Firefox Bicycle Wide Saddle

Saddle is good and worth for 300+ bucks, but when it comes to delivery, it was not on time, I had to follow up with customer care to find out the status as more than two days status was showing as in transit, I am sure product package was open and it had extra tapes covered on flipkart tapes, but product was in good condition.
