fitbit charge 3 is superb

It’s good with tracking of all steps and heart rate. And pretty motivating. Little itchy near the strap as I never used to wear something like this. But overall liked it much. 👌👌

Good product

I bought this in Mar 2020.
While Fitbit Charge 3 is certainly waterproof and comfortable to wear, it has not been giving accurate results since the time i bought it.
Definitely the step count and distance covered is out of sync.
But since this morning even the touch screen has stopped responding.
I can only seen the initial clockface ie. Time, Date, Steps walked and heart rate.
Unable to swipe to any other screen.
The charge 2 , though not water proof was much better.
Not sure if the company...

I got it at amazing price of 8500 thanks to card cash back offer... timely delivered...

In 2 months the Sleep tracker stopper working in 3 weeks, heart rate stopped working In 2 months, activity tracker too.

I did call the Fitbit team reset was done, post which the watch gets drained in 2-3 hrs and time is out of sync, I have to sync it with the app every time to connect it. Last 3 days the watch gets heated up and cannot be worn on the wrist for more than 15 mins.

Not sure if it’s the model or the specific serial number that has the issues. Not happy with the experience ove...
