Not recommended at all
Very low quality bands. Green one just cut off after using it only once for 2mins. Not happy with the quality of the product delivered.

Useless product
Resistance bands are for giving resistance while working out. What's the point of having one that torns if being pulled.
My yellow band got torn by simply stretching of my feet.
