Excellent

Just wow!
I can say for sure that this gives me much needed energy replenishment during heavy lifting sessions. I take a sip between sets. I usually drop one tablet into a bottle of 750ml water. This way, just a mild fruity taste. Lime flavour is definitely superior to berry.
