i m regretting....why i bought this product,complete waste of money
very poor performance,some times its temperature not increasing,sometime its timer not working,this product was working fine during first 3 uses...

Bad thermostat
Although the product meets the purpose, the thermostat is very bad and inaccurate, And for that reason this is highly priced as there are other cheaper brands available without digital control.

Poor Quality product
Temperature control is very erratic. When set to 30 degrees temperature shoots to 50 degrees. After few days use, the bag colour has yellowed showing signs of plastic over heating.

It doesnt work the way as it says
Ordered the product for my lower Back Pain. Since the review was good I thought it would work fine. But The temperature does not cross more than 70 deg C & straight out from the box the indicator doesnt work at all . Often the temperature goes down & heat is not felt at all. Hope I bought some thing else.

The product was delivered within 24 hours of ordering and it is great. :-). It was new and as per specifications.
I had acute lower back pain and was finding it difficult to change from one position to other..I have used it twice a day for 10 days on my lower back along with a pain reliever and an ointment.
Now the back pain is practically gone and I am almost back to normal including driving :-).
