Flash in the Pan  (English, Paperback, Patel Tushita)

So here's what I think - It's a pretty awesome book for folks who want to try out different cuisines but are Lazy and want to keep it simple. The recipes in the book are very simple and do not call for too much effort or rare ingredients.

The author herself is lazy and a self confessed couch potato. No, this book is NOT gourmet cooking.. not even close. I am surprised it's listed under Gourmet here on flipkart!

It's a great book. If you are looking for easy funky fun tasty & 'different' recipes, go for it. It's simply great. The procedures described are simple to follow, takes reasonable time & end results are fantastic. There is always a scope for personalisation in the recipes while adhering to the main theme.

Excellent guide for starters.

The recipes are well described, easy to follow. One thing I really liked was all the recipes use simple ingredients that can be bought from any grocery shop.

All in all good value for money.
