Good packing, proper coordination during delivery was impressive. The guy from Jeeves came same day for assembling the sofa. He was good at his job. The sofa is as shown in the image, it's comfortable to sit and relaxing too in the reclining positions. The only correction I would advise in the making if possible is to stich the fabric more tighter, as seeing few wrinkles now, I can imagine after some months of usage when the foam settles down a bit, the appearance of wrinkles on the fabric w...

Everything from giving order to installation are perfect and on time except the colour of the product. My ordered colour was not the same with the product delivered to me, though I like the delivered colour.
