Bad quality
Confortable and easy to use. Have used for 3 months now. so far so good. Material is not outstanding but good considering the price. The mechanism to change positions works smoothly. My father is 68 years old and he loves it
Update after 2 years usage - Spring coils have lost their strength. Heavy persons go too deep in the seat due to this. The leatherette top layer is peeling off exposing the insides.

Good product , comfortable , value for money
Good product for its price , value for money. Delivery and installation were smooth and exactly as per time frame. So far, so good. Time will tell if this products stands the test of time and usage , will update after few months of usage. I paid Rs. 9500 after 1000 off via credit card offer. Now the price is more. Would buy one more if the price drops again.

The product and after-sale support truly impressed me!
I brought this product during the Flipkart sale and I was fully satisfied with the purchase. The product absolutely worth the money and there is no doubt about it.
But after using it for two months, suddenly the back support part stopped working. I raised a support call and excellent service offered by Mr.Kapil from the product team who arranged a technician to look into the issue. I think the name of the carpenter is Sanal or somethin...
