Simply awesome
I ordered this chair for my Father on Father's day and was very skeptical about how it would turn out. But it really surprised me. The quality of the leather is amazing. The lever to increase/decrease the height is smooth. The chair is very comfortable and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone. Just one thing, I feel it is bit overpriced.

Product is good no doubt about it.
Packing was also good.
Delivered on time.
Color is not shiny as shown in the picture.
Neither it is Mat Finish.
The material quality I doubt would last for many years.

Classy product
The chair is quite comfortable and pretty easy to assemble, just follow the instructions and you can do it within 5 minutes yourself.
Also one big doubt alot of people are having is, if it has a tilting functionality or not. Well it CAN TILT. You can pull out the lever used to bring the chair up and down. You can lock it at the upright position as well.

The chair is pretty good and comfortable with two layers of cushioning for seating and back with ample space. Lumbar support has also been managed by the extra cushioning at the back. The set up is pretty easy and you are up and running in no time. I haven’t found that the back leans a lot. It’s a slight rather negligible tilt. 2. Under YouTube search with dealer name and you can check the video on how to set it up
3. Comfortable but sometimes I do feel some inclination happening on right side of the chair and is bit shaky
