The most affordable powerbank which supports 18 watt fast charging, i.e. 12V=1.5 • 9V=2A • 5V=3A. Flipkart description section should be upgraded. I am using it and find it to be the nicest. Battery backup is better than the cheap powerbanks and undoubtedly matching with that of the expensive powerbanks of mi, ambrane, samsung. You get about 16k mAH real charging. Above all it has all the smart functions which expensive powerbanks claim.

This powerbank supports fast charging Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. And you can charge this powerbank rapid fast if you have e 18watt fast charger. Build quality is fully plastic but it doesn't feel cheap, they have used good quality plastic. It's total output capacity is 6600mAH. When you will fast charge your phone the powerbank will show you a green led in the battery percentage of the powerbank.
It has both micro usb and type c support for charging.
