Terrible product
Very low quality product . It doesn’t have the supporting clip/stand to hold the laptop when the cool pad is in the slanding position. The chance of falling down of laptop is more since there is no support. This cooling pad is only suitable for notebook laptops (less than 13”).Normal laptops cannot be kept on the cool pad since the cool pad is too small.The quality of connecting USB ports and wire is also very poor.

Does the job
Flipkart Smartbuy is a brand that emphasizes on value for money. But to reduce cost, sometimes they compromise some key aspects of a product. I bought this cooling pad after a lot of research. The build quality of the product is quite good. However, the performance is not upto the mark. Despite of having two fans, it hardly cools the laptop. I played fifa 18 on my laptop for 3 hours and the cooler was not very effective to cool down the laptop.
