I am purchasing this product of 10000 pcs quantity for the second time. Earlier the quality was quite good and sizes were also proper. Now they are supplying short sizes. 10 inch width is including the side seals which makes the actual width 9.5 inches while the height is also down by 1.5 inches as earlier, the top seal of 1.5 inches was in addition to 13 inches of height.
