So far so good...but gear system need to be tweeked for optimum performance. The training person by onefit plus Mr. Govind kuma really helpful in advicing basic exersise and warm ups. The daitecian Rohini helped in formulating proper diat plan. Thank you.

A:yes there is a lever given. you pull it, adjust the seat then push it back. although keep in mind that seat is a bit hard, I'm using a soft foam seat cover on it
