Flirting With Fate by Preeti Singh

“Who wants to become a writer? And why? Because it’s the answer to everything. … It’s the streaming reason for living. To note, to pin down, to build up, to create, to be astonished at nothing, to cherish the oddities, to let nothing go down the drain, to make something, to make a great flower out of life, even if it’s a cactus.”—Enid Bagnold
The writing of a novel is taking life as it already exists, not to report it but to make an object, toward the end that the finished work might contain ...

Engrossing piece of literature!

I love reading, no doubt, but recently, I have mostly picked up love stories, but, this was an exception! I came about this exciting thriller via face book and couldn’t stop myself from ordering it soon enough and well, I didn’t regret the choice I made by giving preference to this crime thriller. In fact, this is one such book which you would like to read at one sitting as the story line grips you hard and you are determined to know what role Karma plays at the end. I loved the way, Preeti M...

My Review...

Flirting with Fate is the first crime thriller novel by an Indian author I read. Finally a book that ended my streak of searching for an well written book by a female writer. Preeti Mam had very beautifully described Anand's character. The way he does everything to gain victory through destructive methods and yet finding out something good in it to fool his conscious. His search or his ultimate quest to be a Big Man, having everything under his belt, a Beautiful wife, A big house to live an...

Potentially a good read.

Myself, not being an avid reader and also not a critic, but for this book i will specially like to say these words.
Exceptionally well crafted, the words were linked wonderfully to each other and there was no flaw, no flaw throughout the way you explore the book and the eagerness to discover what's coming next, just makes you to keep a tight watch on that book mark, addressed inside the page where you left reading.
Preeti mam's hardwork is clearly visible and as the book belongs to thriller ...

My own views

First and foremost kudos to Preeti ma'am for this writing debut with a sensational work.
I just finished the book 'Flirting With Fate' and explored a lots of horizons to look for. The plot revolves around the protagonist Anand and obviously his karma but another character Sunita, who made her presence very strongly on my psyche.
This book made me taste so many things like child psychology, human's limitless compassion, emotions, and a subtle philosophy of life that as you sow so shall you reap....

great work

REVIEW

FOR THOSE who are tired of the novels that focus on cheesy relationships or the classics, preeti singh’s debut novel is a welcome change. It is a book that has something of both…it has soul and substance and delves into the human psychology bringing to surface the pain and agony of a person who crosses every limit to gain love and acceptance. Her novel takes the reader on a roller coaster
ride with her words that flow rather “ naturally”. She succeeds in creating the perfect imagery in...

A Novel with difference!

Preeti Singh's debut novel 'Flirting with Fate' is crossing across a number of eyes now... no secrets... Readers have started forming views with their own critical tools. the most beautiful part of this novel lies in its simplicity of language and style... human nature cannot be simple as the whole process of formation is complex but even then Ms. Singh is able to convey the message in a simple way... It's her courage only to take up a crime thriller otherwise now a days shelves are flooded w...

Watch How Karma Returns in Preeti Singh's Flirting with Fate

‘When you really want something, the whole universe conspires in helping you achieve it” ~ Paolo Coelho, The Alchemist

? But just how far will you go to get what you want?
? Can you really evade guilt, pain, shame and remorse that spurt from your misdoings?
? Is there a higher order somewhere, signalling you to clean up your acts?
? Can you always mend your ways before it’s too late?

At the very crux of our life lies a deep-rooted, inherent need for being loved and accepted – a teenager wa...

Guys, just go for it once. Completed in a single go. Being a practical guy and hated love stories (even laughed sometimes). But, this love story made me tears in my eyes. I read a such kind of nice book after a long long time. It has everything in it. Feelings, which are the most important and natural part of a person is very well explained by author. The one who belives in Love must read this book, i am sure that u cant stop reading untill the end. It is having a very nice flow.
