Useless product
They are not providing the warranty period though it is mentioned in the product highlights of warranty 1 year. So, don't go for it.

Very poor
The product provided was very dirty and the filter was broken which costed me 400 more to repair it... I bought the filter as i was shifting to a new place.. I opened it late as i had to travel to some place, but when i came back and opened the pack for the water to be filled, it was all black and looked like used one even the filter was broken.. Being in busy schedule, i dont usualy get time to go for cancellation process as it makes things more tough..
