It just changed my life, I'm writing this review after 3months of purchasing it...it was the first time I purchased it ..after the delivery of cup I used it and it took me 15,30 minutes to insert it bcoz that was my first time to use a cup..I was scared that it would get lost inside as the tip was also going inside....it is completely safe ..I just forget ABOUT my period after using cup..
