Great works on "FLOW" or "Concentrated Hard work "
I would like to give brief literature review on this book.
Equations for happiness from Prof Martin Saligman as below.
Happiness H = p + e + m
p - Pleasure ( Kama )
e - Engagement ( Aartha )
m - Meaning ( Dharma )
One more entity called "Moksha" ( Permanent Happiness refer "Drg Drishya Viveka" by Vidhyaranya 11th Century text 32 verses )
This book details with "Engagement = Concentrated hard work or Condition of Flow".

Excellent Book. Tells you when you do get happy and when you do not. Tells you the difference between happiness arising from:
(i) Pleasure (kama)
(ii) Engagement (artha)
(iii) Meaning (dharma)
It is no surprise that western philosophers are now defining happiness in alignment with ancient Vedic idea of philosophy. For a deeper understanding, you will need to dig deeper into Upanishads (texts of Vedic philosophy)

Good choice
Everything is at par with the price except the print quality. The print is hazy in places. Fonts are of old style and too congested. Not expected from such a renowned publishing house.
