This book is very good to read and has a lot to learn.

It's about we can't change the external world but we can change internal . Also too much of perfection can take away all the fun about life .for example cricket if they do too much practice ( everything technical )then the control is in the hands of audience if they lose they will be sad and if they win they will be happy , everything is in someone else control .
