Overall product is good but it doesn't have any inbuilt storage so that if u want to change ur ringtone u have to plug in ur memory card with only songs in it. U can't customize silent profile only general and silent profiles are there to choose.battery is OK good thing charging point is mini USB d type . Sound is loud. Keypad will give u wonderful feeling and the formost thing is Cancel button is keypad lock button also.
