Most cases of halitosis are caused by bacteria on the tongue. Removing the bacteria with a tongue cleaner helps to prevent bad breath and improve oral health. The tongue cleaner corresponds to the natural shape of the tongue. This reduces the gag reflex and enables easy reach further back in the mouth. Directions: -First clean center of the tongue using the outer part of the cleanser that has the outer ridge. -Extend the tongue as far as possible,and with the tongue cleanser reach to the furthest point of the tongue. -Sweep the tongue cleanser along the center of the tongue towards the tip of the tongue. -Rinse the tongue cleanser after each stroke with clean water and repeat several times for maximum effect. -Clean the sides of the tongue using the smooth flat side of the cleaner.
