    Description

Fortunately, The Milk is a children’s book by Neil Gaiman, illustrated by Skottie Young.

    Summary of the Book

Cereal is a sweet part of every morning in a child’s life. Without milk, cereal loses its taste. When two kids open a fridge only to discover that the milk is gone, their hopes of a delicious cereal to start their day are dashed to the ground. However, their dad rushes to the rescue, going to the store to get some more. His journey is not an easy one, for he will have to face dangerous aliens, swashbuckling pirates, vampires and terrifying piranhas! At once humorous and adventurous, this story shows why we shouldn’t take a trip to the grocery store too lightly. With illustrations by Skottie Young, this book will make kids read into the night, laughing all the way.
