Stopped working after 4 months

This is a 5 ATM watch. But gets water inside when swimming in pool.

Strap already workout condition . Once bent the leather breaks . Which is not the case which I personally witnessed at showroom . Further the clock is not running inspite of giving key .

Need to check with local watch service for any battery workout or what else .
