    Useful book for people suffering with back ailments

    The book starts with a good overview of the muscles in the body which is very important for a person to know before he starts to work on his fitness. The exercises are divided into 3 parts ranging from beginners to advanced levels. The exercises are simple to look at but the main focus is on the movement of you back and related muscles. So that correct movement is difficult but with practice it redefines the way you move around.
