Usage Instructions	Take 2 spoons of FiG Sprouted Health Mix for Children and add it to 200 ml of water in a pot or saucepan. Thoroughly mix the powder and water until it becomes homogeneous with no lumps. Place the pot or saucepan on medium heat and continuously stir the mixture while it comes to a boil. Once the mixture starts boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth porridge consistency. Add milk and palm sugar or salt as needed to the porridge while it is still on the stove and continue stirring for an additional minute. Remove the pot or saucepan from the heat and allow the porridge to cool to a bearable warmth. Serve the FiG Sprouted Health Mix porridge to your child.
