Our R & D team had a vision – what would be the design of a perfect mattress that provides complete sleep for years without any body pain. We developed 3D models of mattresses with different foam densities and performed a virtual body simulation using the finite element analysis. Later we cut the foam into all possible shapes through a CNC machine to understand the right combination and design. After almost 18 months, we have finalized the design (Patent Applied) to be called indeed an orthopedic mattress. Soft Comfort Layer - Super Soft Foam & Memory Foam: The comfort layer allows the spine to flex and relax within a 1.5-inch limit as the next (transition) layer is not easy to be penetrated by the spine. The comfort layer is soft and made from high-density foam in order to last a comfortable feeling for years. Grid Transition Layer - Medium Density Pure Foam: The transition layer has a non-linear crossed grid pattern with a 20 mm cut profile. The grid is wide underneath the bony prominences and narrows at the soft tissues. The grid breaks the pressure profile and reduces the peak pressure from the neck, shoulder, spine, hip, and heel. The grid helps to eliminate the development of pressure sores. Firm Support Layer – High-Density Pure Foam: The support layer is made from high-density pure foam that helps to support and stabilize the body. This layer enhances the life of the mattress for years with almost no compression.
