Fabric: Thin, light and comfortable for light winters and summer and for fitness and sports like gym, cycling it will be good

Stitching: I doubt it will hold for long time or during aggressive activities

Pocket: Only one side zipped pocket (right pocket) with a small entrance which makes an average adult person's hand go in and out tight

As already mentioned on the product page these track pants are completely made up of polyester and hence it is not favourable to wear these during summers. Other than that everything is great, you get two for the price of one, thereby making these quite affordable. These are slim fit so consider ordering a size higher if you want these to be a bit loose. These are comfortable to wear and bang for the buck.
