Proprietary Food : Food for Special Dietary Usage (FSDU) Intended Use: To Meet Nutritional Needs of Chronic Kidney Disease Patients Instructions for Use : for 50 ml and 100 Kcal, Add 33 ml of Freshly Boiled and Cooled water to 21 g (3 Heaped Spoons ) of Fresubin Renal Powder in Clean Container, Stir Thoroughly and Consume Immediately Using Fresubin Renal : For Oral Use, May be used for Total (4-5 Serving Per DAy) or Supplemental (1-3 Servings per day) Nutrition ad Fed Chilled at Room Temperature, If Desired, Fresubin Renal Can be Heated but do not Boil or Heat in a Microwave Oven. For Tube Feeding May be Delivered by Gravity or by Pump. The Flow Rate and Volume Depend on Patient Condition and Tolerance. Administer Fresubin Renal with a Pump at room Temperature with 8 Fr. or Larger Tube. Additional Fluid Requirements can be met by giving supplemental water. Care should be taken to avoid contamination of Fresubin Renal Powder During Preparation and Administration Handling and Storage: This Box/Jar Contains a Sealed Foil Pouch. Once Foil Pouch is Opened, Contents Should be Used Within 3 Weeks. Please do not empty Contents of the Foil into the Container. For Extra Protection, Continue to Keep the Foil Pouch Inside the Jar. After use, Close the Lid of the Jar and Store in a Cool, Dry Place (Not in Refrigerator), Once Mixed, Unused Fresubin Renal Should be Refrigerated and Used within 24 Hours after Stirring the Content
