Unsatisfactory
Very very bad product doesn't provide any sort of comfort infact it increased my back pain . On top of it they do not accept returns so I am stuck with it . Very bad experience with frido and Flipkart.

Not great. But just useful. It is not a solution for your back pain or disc bulges .. it helps us sit just a little longer without feeling pain. Definitely the price is overrated.
