Battery and Storage

The Fujifilm FinePix JV200 runs on rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack, which lets you shoot 180 images when fully charged. This FinePix camera supports SD or SDHC memory cards for image and video storage. You can retrieve your captures by connecting the JV200 to a computer or laptop via high speed USB 2.0 port.

Performance

The aperture of a camera regulates the amount of light reaching the sensor. This Fujifilm FinePix has an aperture range of f/2.6 - 6.2. The shutter speed, on the other hand, is the amount of time light is allowed to fall on the camera's image sensor. The shutter speed ranges from 1/4 - 1/1400 seconds in Auto mode, which can be extended to 8 - 1/1400 seconds in other modes. The light sensitivity range of this Fujifilm point and shoot camera ranges from ISO 100 - 3200.

This Fujifilm FinePix camera automatically focuses every frame for a crystal clear output. In Normal mode, the JV200 camera auto focuses from 45 cm (Wide) and 80 cm (Tele) onwards; while in Macro mode the auto focus ranges from 5 cm - 80 cm (Wide) and 50 cm - 1 m (Tele).

This FinePix camera has a powerful built-in flash, with a range of 45 cm - 3 m (Wide) and 80 cm - 2 m (Tele) in Normal mode. You can compensate for dim light in Macro mode as the flash has a range of 30 - 80 cm (Wide) and 50 cm - 1 m (Tele).

Features

You can dabble with several fun scene modes like Baby, Motion Panorama, Party, Beach, Fireworks, Sports and others. In the Motion Panorama scene mode, the camera automatically stitches three consecutive images to give you a well-aligned panoramic image. You can also rest assured as this Fujifilm camera corrects blurry images with its digital image stabilizer.

This camera also has Smile and Shoot mode which triggers the shutter release only when a smile is detected. The FinePix camera also has a Blink Detection feature which alerts you when your subjects blink and gives you an option to retake the image.

You can wave goodbye to unclear faces as the Face Detection function identifies up to 10 faces in a single frame and optimizes settings accordingly. You can join your friends in group photos as well by setting the self-timer to a 2 or 10 second delay.
