Awesome little camera!
The pictures that come out of it are absolutely stunning.
Easy to operate.
The only problem is the availability of the polaroid films for this camera. They are tough to find and are very expensive online.

The camera looks like a big kid's toy with its plastic body, chunky lens and big buttons. It is light and comes with a funky strap, making it easy to carry around. It has an optical viewfinder so you can try out different image compositions. The polaroid's exposure counter displays the number of exposures remaining in the film pack.
The instax mini 8 features a Fujinon lens. The built-in flash is always on and makes up for low-light conditions. The camera uses Fuji Instax film that comes in packs of 10 and measure 62 x 46 mm.
The instax mini 8 automatically determines the best-suited lighting conditions for taking a picture and informs you of the setting by lighting the corresponding lamp. Just turn the dial to adjust the brightness and you're all set to capture your favorite moments.
The instax mini 8 utilizes two AA batteries as its power source.
