I found this book very useful. This is a "bible of digital electronics" for me.
Everybody is going through Electronics Engineering, but few of them know the real time applications of NMOS, PMOS and CMOS in our digital world. This book is a must read for an electronics engineers as this takes you from basics of MOS technology to the more advanced VHDL implementation.
