START UP book for vlsi

This book is similar to microelectronics sedra/smith ,but having less topics. sedra/smith is one of best book but this book is good because flow of chapters is nice ,step by step ,it will gain speed

If doing professional course like PG in VLSI then it will setup base for your ""cmos analog ic design-by razavi""
recommended for M.tech (if in india doing in vlsi)
dont pick any chapter & start reading ,read the preface pages of author in starting pages properly

Good book for engineering students

The concepts are explained in a right manner and there are very good examples. Sedra & Smith is the best. The second volume i.e. Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits by Razavi is a must read after this for those opting for VLSI.

I'm bought this book 1 month ago from flipkart. flipkart is deliverd with in 3 days at my place thanks to flipkart and ws retail which provide me excellent book.
i am choosed a good for my gate preparation. I am an electrical eng. students my teacher is Suggest to me buy this book.
Theory part of this book is great even numerical problem help to you enchance your skills in analog electronics.

Great Text

If you don't know about Razavi this book will make you respect him. He teaches electronics from very basic level. This is perfect book for beginners and even if you are not a beginner this book has something for you. Quality of the paper is not great but you expect it as it's a low price student edition. Overall this is a book you keep coming back to clarify your doubts at the basic level.

Very good book. As always Razavi is one of expertise in analog domain, who is the author of the book. CMOS analog circuit design is the next advance part of this book. But this book is highly recommended for those who want to pursue their career in analog domain.

Is Worth if u wanna a go into depth

Please buy this if u want to have depth knowledge.If u r opting to give sem xams by studying one night u certainly will fail.

Good book for beginners!!

Good book. Provides a really good base to subject such as Analog Circuits with a really detailed chapters on physics of PN junction and BJT. The details on MOSFET as also very intuitive. Overall I am very impressed!!
