For digital products such as Smart Ring, there is a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the hardware. For any manufacturing defects, we will inspect, and repair or replace them within 90 days from verification of the Product claim. The warranty service is only valid in India where the Product was purchased, the Product is not eligible for any international warranty. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear; usage of the Product other than its normal use; unauthorised repair, alteration being carried out; misuse, accident, however, caused to the Product; connection to a device not fit for use; spillage of food or liquid or from improper modification of the Product.
