Very good product & service- Bought a Galanz 7 kg Quick Wash Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White (XQG70-F712DE) from the online platform of Flipkart. The machine was ordered on 07.11.2020 and delivered on 10.11.2020. On the same day it was installed by Jeeves. The machine is under 2 years of comprehensive warranty. On 12.11.2020 we went for holidays and returned home on 22.11.2020. After only 8-10 days some unusual sound started coming from the machine while washing cloth...

1) Value for money. No machine is available at this price & assured warranty.(got 8kg front load at 15689/- with exchange)
2)Nice design & washing is decent (low vibration)

3) Only problem with installation and demo(Jeeves installation is worst, they don't have knowledge about this product & it's feature, flipkart need to take action on the same

Product is very nice at this price point , I have been using this machine for more than a week. Initial impression is excellent , liked the 18 mins quick wash option . Fast delivery by flipkart even the installation was quick within a day of delivery .

Point to remember: outflow pipe should be kept as is in company fitting , you can add extra pipe to extend it.

The machine is worth of each penny. Super wash quality and easy to use. Washing programs are sufficient to cover all range of clothes.
