very nice book I got the book at 2 October at only rs.149 .... thanks Flipkart.... this is very good book covers whole like of Gandhi .... if you are a big friend of Gandhiji then go for it .... If u prepare for upsc/PSC then this is not good because it is very lengthy.......

Received the books in perfect condition. wrapped in a secure box, no blemishes, properly covered. The binding of the book is good. The book is bulky, so I would suggest everyone to buy in hardback. I brought the book for a 45% discount, so I also happy with the price.

What a great book! All that is being spread about gandhi nowadays is completely different from the reality. Ram guha is a wonderful writer, he not only shows positive side of gandhi but also criticizes him for his mistakes. This book is worth reading!!

Totally satisfied with the delivery and the book. Although I am giving 5 stars( which is worth giving) but still I feel that there should be more pics from gandhi's struggle in India and other related pics.
Anyway, an awesome book with detailed description. Go for it without hesitation.
And one more point, the book, inspite of being very bulky in size (approx. 1130 pages excluding preface, acknowledgement and others) BUT IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE CARRYING A BOOK OF JUST 500...
