ghee is purely made of desi cows milk Milk is heated in a earthen pot till it changes into creamish colour with a continuous heat with the help of cow dung on ancient chulha mathod Then we mix some curd over night to convert this milk into curd then we do billona and churned all the butter extracted from that curd and boil that makkhan into an earthen pot till in convert into ghee Then we collect that ghee and filter it Ready to pack!!!!
