High Quality product
the build quality and the audio quality is superb ,keypad is also excellent.
Presence of Backlight for LCD and an Speakerphone would have been a +1 .
Also the Cords are only one-way detachable

i purchased the phone recently through ws retailers.i am happy with the product but it still feels like lacking on couple of points.like the user guidebook is not very helpful as in simplicity and to the point.the software doesnt respond as expected for setting up the device as per requirement.call quality is very good and buttons feels nice but sometimes need to be careful not to miss a digit as there is no display on backside to check the dialled no.. i came to discover on installation that...

Nice phone
Easy to use and hand on the wall, it is stylish too and can be easily kept against the reach of the children, however there should a hands free version available too for this model

Not upto the expectation
The cradle button is on the handset and to make the cradle down, the hand set piece is so heavy than the base. Needs a AAA battery for the display to work.
